Lido, the buffet chain brand that can be seen everywhere in Riga, the waiters are all dressed in traditional local clothing. The restaurant is a bit like a school canteen, all dishes are priced, salad desserts can be picked up by yourself, and the stew needs the waiter to help you pick it up. Salads are a good deal for you to calculate the price based on the size of your plate. Finally go to the checkout counter. The pork ribs are fresh and juicy, fat and not greasy. Cheese filling, full of cheese. Cheese filling, pork filling, dumplings. Sweet red currants, thick borscht soup, a pot of salad, and a grilled fish that didn't show up. Watching the locals are a small plate or a small basket, and then look at the pile in front of me... I seem to eat a little bit more.
